About the Role

iTi Building Permit Designer Inc. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Manage and maintain our filing systems, both physical and digital.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
    • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Management
    • Manage our office supplies and maintain our inventory.
    • Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and audio-visual equipment.
    • Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
  • Communication
    • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
    • Communicate effectively with our team members, including providing updates and notifications.
  • Other Duties
    • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience
    • At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
