Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
- Manage and maintain our filing systems, both physical and digital.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights and hotels.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Office Management
- Manage our office supplies and maintain our inventory.
- Coordinate meetings and events, including arranging catering and audio-visual equipment.
- Develop and implement administrative procedures to improve office efficiency.
- Communication
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with our team members, including providing updates and notifications.
- Other Duties
- Perform other administrative tasks as required.
- Education
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Experience
- At least 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
This is a full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
