About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Assistant at Bully's Sport & Entertainment Centre. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are sanitized and stored properly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Assist in the preparation and presentation of food and beverages for our customers.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are served in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation
    • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, including the dishroom, storage areas, and walk-in refrigerators.
    • Sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment according to our health and safety standards.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Assist in the receiving, unpacking, and storing of supplies and ingredients.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve our kitchen goals and objectives.
    • Communicate clearly and respectfully with colleagues and management.
Requirements
  • Education and Training
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Work Experience
    • Previous experience in a fast-paced food service environment is an asset.
  • Physical Demands
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy objects.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
