About the Role

Fusion Plus Dinner Ltd. is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Kitchen Helper. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are properly cleaned and sanitized, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs, and ensure that all kitchen surfaces and equipment are clean and sanitized.
  • Dishwashing: Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware, and flatware, and ensure that all dishes are properly cleaned and sanitized.
  • Food Preparation: Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
  • Garbage and Recycling: Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and ensure that all recycling is properly sorted and disposed of.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
  • General Kitchen Duties: Perform other general kitchen duties as assigned by management, including packaging take-out food and preparing simple food items.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Will train, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
