Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to join our team at 0050 United Rentals of Canada, Inc. As an Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success and growth of our company by leading and directing the overall delivery of quality service to maximize branch productivity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the branch team, ensuring effective and efficient operations.
  • Customer Service: Foster a culture of customer satisfaction and loyalty, ensuring that customers receive exceptional service and support.
  • Branch Performance: Oversee the performance of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service, to ensure that goals and objectives are met.
  • Team Development: Motivate, coach, and train personnel to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all company policies and procedures are followed, and that risks are identified and mitigated.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and motivational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge: Basic knowledge of the construction rental equipment industry or related.
