About the Role

Corpay is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bid Coordinator to support our PayByPhone line of business in Vancouver, Canada. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of our bid process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the bid process from identification to submission and pre-award negotiations
  • Analyze bid requirements and develop comprehensive bid strategies
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop exceptional bids that meet or exceed client expectations
  • Track bid responses and evaluations, and provide regular updates to the team
  • Assist in the development of effective processes and resources for successful bid submissions
  • Participate in bid/no bid reviews and conduct win/loss reviews

Requirements

  • 3+ years' experience in bid coordination or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree is an asset but not required
  • Proven ability to learn new software programs and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills, with advanced Google research skills
  • Prior experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems
