About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Bawa Financial Ltd. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including preparing and maintaining records, files, and databases.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Office Management: Oversee the maintenance of our office, including ordering supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
  • Bookkeeping: Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Office. Knowledge of Simply Accounting is an asset.
