About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced District Loss Prevention Manager to join our team at TJX Canada. As a key member of our Loss Prevention department, you will be responsible for ensuring the execution of shrink programs at the store level, maintaining and reducing District shrink, and training and developing Store Management and Associates on LP issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain internal partnerships with Associates at all levels of the organization, and external partnerships with various LP representatives in the community.
  • Manage budgets, including floor walkers, audits, and expenses.
  • Conduct and support internal investigations.
  • Manage expenses to plan, including cell, travel, and mileage.

Requirements

  • College Diploma or University Degree an asset.
  • Minimum three years of previous/equivalent working experience.
  • Provincial security license required.
  • Advanced knowledge of LP, including investigating cases of crime or neglect, managing cases, and following legal guidelines and requirements.
  • Ability to conduct interviews of dishonest Associates.
  • Strong communication and issue management skills.
  • Project management skills, including analyzing internal and external surveys and maintaining records.
  • Working knowledge of CCTV applications.
  • Staff management skills, including participating in the recruitment, selection, and orientation of staff.
  • Computer skills, including word processing, spreadsheet creation, and LP transaction management.
