About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Supervisor to join our team at Verico Alternate Mortgage Experts Inc. As an Office Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our team members in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training and Development: Provide guidance and training to new employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Administration: Prepare and submit reports to management on a regular basis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all office equipment is in good working condition, and coordinate maintenance and repair work as needed.
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice: Resolve work-related problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Work Coordination: Coordinate and assign work tasks to team members, review their progress, and provide feedback.
  • Supply Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
  • Facilities Management: Arrange for maintenance and repair work, and coordinate activities with other departments.
  • Work Scheduling: Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the job.
  • Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Teamwork: Work effectively as part of a team, providing support and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
