About the Role

FNA Industrial Parts & Repair is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Supervisor to join our team. As an Office Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Supervise and train office staff in duties and policies
    • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Administrative Support
    • Prepare and submit reports to management
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks
  • Facilities Management
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed
    • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
  • Client Support
    • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support
Requirements
  • Education
    • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
