Your duties will include cutting carcasses, sides, and quarters, as well as preparing special cuts of meat ordered by customers. You will also be responsible for cutting, trimming, and preparing standard cuts of meat, removing bones from meat, cutting poultry into parts, cleaning and preparing fish and shellfish, selling meats to customers, cutting fish into steaks and fillets, making special sausages, and preparing special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products. You will work in a fast-paced environment and must be able to multitask and work well under pressure. **Key Responsibilities:**

* Cut and prepare meats for customers
* Prepare special cuts of meat ordered by customers
* Cut, trim, and prepare standard cuts of meat
* Remove bones from meat

* Cut fish into steaks and fillets
* Make special sausages
* Prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish products
