Meat Cutter

We are seeking a skilled Meat Cutter to join our team at Brar Meat Shop. As a Meat Cutter, you will be responsible for cutting and preparing meats for sale.
Key Responsibilities:- Cutting and trimming meats to meet customer specifications
- Wrapping and packaging meats for sale
- Removing bones and other inedible parts from meats
- Weighing and pricing meats for sale
- Cutting and preparing poultry and fish products
- Supervising other butchers and meat cutters
- Grinding meats for sale
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a meat cutting or butchering role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high quality standards
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects
- Ability to work in a team environment
The Meat Cutter will work in a refrigerated environment and will be required to wear protective clothing and equipment to prevent injury.
Language:The primary language spoken in the workplace is English.
