Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Senior Director to lead our company-wide ERP implementation for MS Dynamics. This is a senior role with executive function in the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions with vendors and implementation partners to translate business requirements into configurations.
  • Oversee cross-functional teams for delivering MS 365 solutions, ensuring seamless integration and effective project management.
  • Act as the primary technology contact for both IT and business stakeholders, providing strategic guidance and technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain deep, hands-on experience with MS Dynamics 365 modules, including Financials and Operations, Customer Service, and Project Operations functionalities.
  • Utilize exceptional professional presentation skills to gain trust and executive buy-in from the team, driving successful delivery of the Dynamics implementation.

Requirements

  • Proven history of successful MS Dynamics 365 implementations for Enterprise Organizations.
  • Strong technology and business acumen, with the ability to lead teams and drive solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
