Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Animation Producer to join our team at Cloud Chamber, a collaborative studio creating unique and engaging game experiences. As a key member of our animation department, you will be responsible for defining the strategy, workflows, and pipelines for animation development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with the Animation Director and Leads to build and manage workflows for the animation department.
  • Work with animators and technical animators to deliver best-in-class tools and content.
  • Establish processes and pipelines to support animation development, working with the Animation Directors, Lead Animation, Technical Animation Lead, and Production.
  • Directly manage producers and potentially some leads and ICs under your supervision, while reporting to a Lead Producer.
  • Coordinate strong communication and coordination skills of the work between different departments.
  • Oversee planning for Motion Capture or Xsens shot for gameplay animation content.
  • Drive review process and manage deliveries and milestones, ensuring output meets the qualitative standards of the studio.
  • Coordinate with outsourcers and co-dev partners to maintain visibility and project cadence.
  • Assist in the identification and management of external partners and individual contractors attached to the team.

Requirements:

  • 5-7 years of experience in AAA game development or at least one title shipped.
  • Familiarity with JIRA, Excel, Confluence, Google Suite.
  • Ability to drive teams to deliver AAA quality animation.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Previous experience with outsourcing or co-development teams.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry trends in interactive storytelling.
