About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Domestic Payment Solutions team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for providing advisory support to product managers and distribution channels to recommend winning solutions for clients.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining clear, concise, and effective documentation for cash management products.
  • Identifying, prioritizing, and controlling risks related to your products through in-depth risk analyses.
  • Developing tools and work processes to improve the client and employee experience.
  • Collaborating with other sectors and sales force representatives to deliver initiatives and projects.
  • Staying up-to-date on competitors' practices and pricing.
  • Analyzing data to draw relevant conclusions and guide the team's efforts.

About the Team

You will be part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Domestic Payment Solutions. We offer a hybrid work environment, flexible work hours, and flexible leave to promote your quality of life.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and three years of relevant experience, or a University certificate and seven years of relevant experience.
  • Knowledge of business products and the cash management environment.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles.
  • Experience in project management and delivery.
  • Analytical, critical thinking, agility, and rigor.
  • Excellent mastery of the Microsoft suite.
