We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our Domestic Payment Solutions team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing advisory support to product managers and distribution channels to recommend winning solutions for clients.
Your primary focus will be on listening to internal partners and clients to understand their needs and contribute to increasing the sector's Net Promoter Score (NPS).
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain clear, concise, and effective documentation to keep procedures and policies up to date.
- Identify, prioritize, and control risks related to your products through in-depth risk analyses.
- Develop tools and work processes to improve the client and employee experience.
- Collaborate with other sectors and sales force representatives to deliver initiatives and projects.
- Stay up-to-date on competitors' practices and pricing.
- Analyze data to draw relevant conclusions and guide the team's efforts.
You will be part of a team of 5 colleagues and report to the Senior Director of Domestic Payment Solutions.
We offer a flexible work environment, including hybrid work at the office and remotely, flexible work hours, and flexible leave.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and three years of relevant experience OR University certificate and seven years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of business products and the cash management environment.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
- Experience in project management and delivery.
- Analytical, critical thinking, agility, and rigor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft suite.
