We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager, Payment Solutions to join our team at National Bank. As a key member of our Domestic Payment Solutions team, you will play a critical role in providing advisory support to product managers and distribution channels to recommend winning solutions for clients.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining clear, concise, and effective documentation for cash management products, including SharePoint, IPs, Intranet, user guides, and video capsules.
- Identifying, prioritizing, and controlling risks related to your products through in-depth risk analyses with risk partners and recommending mitigation plans.
- Collaborating with other sectors and sales force representatives to deliver initiatives and projects aimed at developing and/or improving our products and processes.
- Staying up-to-date on competitors' practices and pricing.
- Analyzing data to draw relevant conclusions and guide the team's efforts to contribute to the Bank's targets.
- Providing expert support to answer questions from colleagues.
About the Team
You will be part of a dynamic team of 5 colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of Domestic Payment Solutions. We offer a hybrid work environment, flexible work hours, and flexible leave to promote your quality of life.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree related to the field and five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree related to the field and three years of relevant experience, or a University certificate and seven years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of business products and the cash management environment, including SBI-E, SBI-Mobile, Interac Transfers, TFC, TFE, EDI Statements and Payments, and Account Collection.
- Knowledge of risk management principles.
- Experience in project management and delivery.
- Analytical, critical thinking, agility, and rigor.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent mastery of the Microsoft suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
