Role Overview

We are seeking an Operations Support Specialist to enhance our Operations Team's effectiveness in managing employee engagement, refining daily workflows, and optimizing internal systems. Key Responsibilities

Your role will encompass three primary areas:

Human Resources & Employee Engagement

  • Talent Acquisition
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Processes
  • Facilitating Learning and Development Initiatives
  • Providing Daily Operational Support

Administrative Duties

  • Maintaining internal databases, trackers, and documentation related to HR and Operations
  • Managing travel arrangements, including research and bookings
  • Chairing the Health & Safety Committee
  • Coordinating with building operations for various logistical needs

Workplace & Employee Engagement

  • Organizing social events and in-office activities
  • Coordinating company-wide events
  • Overseeing office organization, including supply ordering, equipment management, and catering

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Administration, Executive Support, Office Services, or HR
  • Prior experience in talent acquisition
  • Strong multitasking abilities and adaptability to meet evolving business needs
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills
  • A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and manage initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Experience handling sensitive and confidential information with discretion
  • Health and Safety Certification & First Aid Certification (training provided if not certified)
