About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Relationship Specialist to join our team at AFC Automotive Finance Canada Inc. As a key member of our local team, you will be responsible for providing financing solutions to independent auto dealers, building strong relationships with customers, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide financing solutions to independent auto dealers, including floorplanning and risk management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Grow the portfolio organically through promotional efforts and cross-platform partnerships
  • Manage and balance risk on customer accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive new business growth and revenue
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes
Requirements
  • Minimum of three to five years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
  • Valid driver's license with reliable and dedicated transportation
  • Ability and desire to frequently travel within your market to support our current and prospective customer base
  • Proficient in sales expertise, adaptability, and effective communication
  • Strong understanding of portfolio management, risk, and new business development
  • Ability to use and understand technology required for the position, including mobile applications and software
  • High level of accountability towards local goals and business targets
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Salesforce, and Tableau
