Your Key Responsibilities
  • Propose well-founded solutions for each project that effectively balance cost, content, and scheduling efficiency.
  • Identify the necessary workforce requirements in engineering, environmental, and construction activities, and outline the specific steps and tasks for each project.
  • Assess the technical conditions specific to the project and communicate relevant requirements to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Estimate the material and labor costs essential for the successful completion of projects.
  • Establish cost, content, and scheduling commitments with clients prior to project initiation.
  • Oversee project progress, quality, and any adjustments to commitments from project start to client handover.
  • Generate or coordinate the creation of necessary plans and specifications for project execution.
  • Conduct or arrange for technical surveys, drawings, sketches, or acquire the necessary administrative and legal documentation for the project.
  • Ensure the availability and accessibility of all required civil structures for underground projects.
  • Adhere to contractual obligations, such as common usage, and secure permits, rights of way, and the acquisition of servitudes.
  • Identify the necessary clearances for obtaining permits for crossings, pipelines, highways, waterways, transport lines, etc.
  • Engage with clients, public service representatives, engineering firms, and contractors to discuss and agree on power supply methods, network modifications, or non-energy supply contract applications.
Your Qualifications
  • Possess a D.E.C. in industrial electronics technology.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the French language suitable for the role.
  • Be adept in using basic computer tools.
  • Exhibit the ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team.
  • Showcase strong communication, influencing, and report writing skills.
  • Possess good analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Hold, or be eligible to obtain, a valid Quebec driver's license.
  • Be willing to travel frequently within Quebec by air, land, and sea.
