Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada

We are seeking an experienced sales leader to join our team as Regional Vice President of Commercial and Industrial Sales, Canada. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the Canadian market.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement
- 10+ years of sales leadership experience in the lighting or electrical industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion
- Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
- Experience with CRM tools, such as Salesforce
