About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our housekeeping team at Comfort Inn & Suites as a Housekeeping Attendant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Room Cleaning: Ensure that all rooms are thoroughly cleaned and prepared for guests, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities.
  • Public Area Cleaning: Clean and maintain all public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and common spaces.
  • Laundry and Linen Management: Sort, wash, and fold laundry, as well as manage linen supplies.
  • Guest Services: Respond to guest requests for extra supplies or services, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Assist with housekeeping operations, including restocking supplies, cleaning equipment, and maintaining housekeeping carts.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Repetitive tasks, bending, crouching, kneeling.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
