Key Responsibilities
As a Wealth Management Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding service to our Private Banking clientele. Your responsibilities will include:
- Client Engagement – Welcome clients for meetings and ensure they are connected with the appropriate advisor. Address any client inquiries or issues promptly or refer them to the relevant personnel. Assist clients with their financial needs in the absence of the Private Banking Advisor, including the sale of premium products and services within established guidelines.
- Operational Efficiency – Handle incoming calls and client requests, processing transactions such as wire transfers, bill payments, and ensuring all requests are fulfilled. Manage requests for financial instruments and ensure they are prepared for client collection. Conduct thorough investigations for clients regarding account activities.
- Sales Assistance – Aid the Private Banking Advisor in managing their client portfolios by reviewing documentation for compliance with regulations and internal policies. Facilitate communication with clients to gather necessary financial information for credit renewals and reviews. Keep track of important dates related to client accounts and notify the Private Banking Advisor accordingly.
- Administrative Support – Collaborate with the Private Banking Operations Manager to execute marketing initiatives and client events, ensuring all promotional materials are up-to-date. Engage in activities that support the growth of deposit and investment accounts. Process account inquiries, manage loan details, and input necessary information into our systems.
