The Role
We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to enhance our team. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and thrives in a varied work environment.

This position requires a natural ability to anticipate needs, solve problems, and manage tasks efficiently while navigating technology with ease.

As the first point of contact, you will manage all aspects of office operations, enabling our team to concentrate on their core responsibilities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Office Management
    Answer the main phone line and direct calls appropriately.
    Serve as the initial contact for clients and vendors visiting the office.
    Oversee the scheduling and preparation of meeting spaces.
    Maintain inventory and replenish office and kitchen supplies.
    Coordinate staff lunches and events.
    Manage incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
  • IT Support
    Act as the primary support for IT-related issues and liaise with external support as necessary.
    Manage security protocols and assist with equipment needs.
    Coordinate cybersecurity training for staff.
  • Human Resources Support
    Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
    Manage employee benefits enrollment and maintain accurate records.
    Coordinate recruitment activities and manage interview schedules.
    Organize training sessions and professional development opportunities.

What We Seek:
  • 3-5 years of experience in office administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and basic IT troubleshooting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Relevant educational background in administration is preferred.
