  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in organizational culture and development.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary degree in a relevant field, such as Human Resources, Business, or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in organizational development, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful culture-related initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
