About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager to join our Assurance & Accounting team in Collingwood, Ontario. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, delivering high-quality work, and contributing to the growth and development of our professionals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare year-end engagements and tax returns for clients in various industries, ensuring efficient and accurate results.
  • Perform audits, prepare working papers, and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, responding to their needs and suggestions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Participate in business development initiatives, identifying new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, providing progress updates and addressing issues as needed.
  • Engage in training and professional development of team members, promoting a culture of excellence and growth.
Requirements
  • Designated Canadian CPA with at least 7 years of audit and assurance experience in the Canadian public accounting industry.
  • Working knowledge of agricultural and real estate development clients/industry is an asset.
  • Experience working in the non-profit industry is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills are essential.
