Position Overview

As a Senior Manager of Partner Integrations within Fortune Brands Security, you will play a pivotal role in merging advanced technologies, including SDKs and APIs, alongside communication protocols such as Zigbee, Matter, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, and BLE.

Your leadership will be essential in transforming innovative concepts into reality, collaborating with industry leaders like Apple, Google, Samsung, and Amazon to enhance our range of smart security offerings and assist partners in selecting optimal technology combinations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee cross-functional initiatives and manage integration points between systems, including APIs, SDKs, and various smart home communication protocols.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the home automation and security sectors, bridging traditional systems with contemporary smart home ecosystems.
  • Utilize high emotional intelligence to empathize with partners and team members, ensuring collective success.
  • Guide products through integration phases, ensuring all technical specifications meet our stringent standards and contribute to seamless market introductions.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • 7+ years of experience in engineering, product management, or partner integration roles, preferably with exposure to Home Automation and Commercial Security.
  • Experience in developing and integrating APIs or SDKs, with a focus on smart home protocols such as Zigbee, Matter, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, and BLE.
  • A proven history of managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve success.
  • Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities, coupled with meticulous attention to detail.
