Job Title: Senior Manager of Digital Product

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager of Digital Product to lead our digital product development efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategy, development, and delivery of our digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product roadmap for our Shopify platform, aligning with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the Digital Team, providing guidance and support to drive high performance and professional growth.
  • Engage with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, and internal teams, to gather insights, prioritize needs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to development, testing, and launch.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure product performance, track key metrics, and make informed decisions.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of leading digital product initiatives and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and execute strategic product plans.
  • Technical knowledge of digital product development processes and experience with digital technologies and platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making and product improvements.
