Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at CareCorp Senior Services.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Responsibilities
  • Supply and empty bed pans
  • Take patients' blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
  • Make beds and maintain patients' rooms
  • Supervise patients' exercise routines
  • Bathe, dress, and groom patients
  • Answer call signals to determine patients' needs
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs)
