Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will provide high-quality care and support to our clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
  • Provide companionship and social interaction
  • Assist with mobility and transfer clients safely
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting
  • Basic security clearance
  • Criminal record check
  • Driving record check (abstract)
Work Environment:

Our Healthcare Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care and support to our clients.
