Job Title: Healthcare Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Healthcare Support Worker to join our team at Comfort Keepers. As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Assist with light housekeeping and laundry.
  • Prepare and serve meals and snacks.
  • Assist with medication reminders and management.
  • Provide transportation to appointments and errands.
  • Assist with mobility and transfers.
  • Monitor and report any changes in client condition.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Criminal record check.
  • Driving record check (abstract).
Work Environment:

Our Healthcare Support Workers work in a variety of settings, including clients' homes, nursing homes, and community centers. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality care to our clients.
