Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Raaziq Staffing Solutions Inc.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Office Management: Assist with office management tasks, such as maintaining records, preparing reports, and coordinating meetings.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Data Entry: Enter data into our database, including client information and project details.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with our team, clients, and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
