Revenue Management Senior Analyst - Ontario & Western Canada

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Revenue Management Senior Analyst to join our team in Ontario & Western Canada. As a key member of our Revenue Management team, you will be responsible for leading customer-specific strategic plans to drive topline growth and profit maximization across the business unit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Support Strategic Decisions: Provide fact-based analytics to inform strategic decisions and recommendations to drive Total Net Sales Revenue.
  • Category & Channel Strategy: Lead and support category & channel strategy through assortment, net pricing (price and promo) strategy, and contractual investment grounded in consumer, category, and shopper insights.
  • Promotional Strategy Integration: Partner with the Promotional Optimization team to understand customer or channel-specific findings, evaluate findings, and determine updates on strategy.
  • Category Price Management: Define and articulate the role of pricing and promotion within the assigned category, grounded in consumer and shopper insights.

Requirements:

  • 5+ Years' Progressive Commercial Experience: In trade marketing, finance, business intelligence, or strategy with demonstrated success in turning analytics and insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Business Administration or Analytical Discipline: Bachelor's degree in business administration, economics, or another analytical discipline.
  • Accountability and Integrity: Take accountability for results, acting with integrity and honoring commitments.
