Job Title: Senior Human Resources Vice-President

At CANADA INC., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Vice-President to join our team. This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Lead and manage a team of HR professionals to provide support and guidance to employees across the organization.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to identify and address talent management needs and develop solutions to improve employee engagement and retention.
  • Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective use of HR resources.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior HR role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies that drive business results.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
