Job Title: Human Resources Vice-President

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Vice-President to join our team at the Children's Institute of Development and Advancement Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of organizational policies and programs, as well as overseeing the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff and delegate necessary authority
Requirements:
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. They will be required to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience:

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of organizational development and human resources principles. They will be required to have a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
