Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager III to join our team at The Toronto-Dominion Bank (Canada). As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading a large-sized branch and team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Requirements
  • Undergraduate degree and/or equivalent experience.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
