Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Focus
    • Lead a team of customer-facing professionals to deliver exceptional service and advice to clients.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
    • Ensure that customer issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
  • Business Development
    • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and manage a high-performing team of professionals.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Coach and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Operational Excellence
    • Ensure that branch operations are efficient and effective.
    • Develop and implement processes to improve productivity and quality.
    • Monitor and analyze branch performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Risk Management
    • Identify and mitigate risks associated with branch operations.
    • Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the bank's assets and reputation.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant experience in a leadership role.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course.
  • IFIC or CSC certification.
