Key Responsibilities- Merchandise Management: Order and receive merchandise, manage inventory levels, and maintain a visually appealing store display.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Operate a cash register, process transactions, and maintain a secure and organized store environment.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent customer service to drive sales and customer loyalty.
- Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and safe store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing daily tasks as required.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role
- Language: English or French
