Position Overview

The Retail Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily store activities and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves managing staff and optimizing sales performance.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months of relevant experience in a retail environment.
Work Environment

The position is based in a non-smoking environment, promoting a healthy workplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor team members, including apprentices and sales associates.
  • Delegate tasks and assign duties to sales personnel.
  • Manage inventory and place orders for merchandise.
