We are currently looking for a Junior Wealth Management Consultant to join our vibrant Advisory Team. In this role, you will assist in executing the team's wealth management strategies for our clientele.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate meetings and events for the Investment Advisor with clients and prospects: assist in determining the agenda and key discussion points, prepare necessary documentation, and handle follow-up tasks post-meeting. Attend client meetings as needed.
  • Deliver proactive client service with a focus on problem resolution and meticulous attention to detail. Collaborate with various departments for execution when necessary.
  • Address client account inquiries and ensure accountability for follow-up actions as required.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business plans, client segmentation, and service strategies.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities within the existing client base for asset consolidation and referrals.
  • Support the advisory team and clients throughout the Wealth Management process. Gather pertinent information, coordinate activities with Wealth Management specialists, monitor progress, and follow up accordingly.

Qualifications

Essential Requirements

  • Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with CIRO (formerly IIROC).
  • Successful completion of the Wealth Management Essentials (WME) course.
  • A university degree.
  • A self-motivated individual with a growth-oriented mindset.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A minimum of 4 years of professional experience in the investment sector.
  • Strong attention to detail coupled with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Highly developed client service skills.
