Wealth Sales Assistant

At Aviso Wealth, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Wealth Sales Assistant to join our team. As a Wealth Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our Wealth Consultants and Senior Investment Advisors in delivering exceptional client service and growing our Advisory Practice.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in identifying new sales opportunities within the existing client base and coordinate/participate in client meetings and events.
- Provide proactive client service with a problem-resolution focus and attention to details.
- Liaise with various departments for execution, where necessary.
- Respond to client account inquiries and remain accountable to follow-up, as required.
- Help build and execute business plans, client segmentation, and client service plans.
- Relevant industry experience and post-secondary education in business, accounting, or finance.
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH) certifications.
- Ability to leverage all Centers of Influence (COI) and passion for putting clients first with appropriate solutions.
