Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead

S.i. Systems is seeking a seasoned Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead to support the implementation of a new ERP system. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM) to drive successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective OCM strategies to minimize disruption and maximize adoption of the new ERP system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of the system
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders on change management best practices
- Conduct regular progress updates and ensure timely completion of project milestones
- 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
- Proven track record of success in ERP/HRIS implementation projects
- Certification in Prosci, PMP, or CSM
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
