Our client is seeking a seasoned Senior Organizational Change Management Consultant Lead to support the development of an in-house membership system that will connect all lines of business and provide a single membership system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure a smooth transition to the new membership system
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective change management strategies
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure user adoption and proficiency
  • Conduct stakeholder analysis and develop communication plans to ensure successful change management
  • Monitor and report on project progress and identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Experience with CRM's, Membership systems, or sales driven systems and platforms that leverage customer data to deliver a better experience
  • Certification: prosci, pmp, csm
  • Minimum 2 days/week onsite preferred
