Role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Dialogue, you will be a brand ambassador and trusted advisor, driving our mission to attract diverse, high-caliber candidates. Your role will involve:

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading the end-to-end recruitment process for tech roles and corporate positions, including Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success.
  • Developing innovative sourcing strategies to engage with a wide range of candidates and create a vibrant talent pipeline.
  • Elevating our brand by participating in initiatives that showcase Dialogue as an employer of choice, highlighting our dynamic culture and exciting opportunities.
  • Contributing to refining our recruitment processes, making them more efficient and effective, with a focus on candidate experience.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment, particularly in tech and corporate roles.
  • A solid understanding of the tech landscape and the roles within it.
  • A data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Fluently bilingual: proficiency in both English and French is a must, as we collaborate with teams across Canada.
