Key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans to attract and retain top talent
  • Building relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, recruiters, and other business partners
  • Managing talent pipelines, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Fostering a culture of inclusion and diversity, including developing and implementing diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Collaborating with the People and Culture team to develop and implement HR strategies and programs

The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
