Talent Acquisition Inclusion Role

The Talent Acquisition Inclusion Lead will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic talent acquisition plans that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion. This will involve building relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, employees, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion
  • Build relationships with key stakeholders to promote a culture of inclusion
  • Source and attract top talent from diverse backgrounds
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the onboarding experience and employer branding efforts
  • Streamline recruitment processes to improve candidate and stakeholder experiences
  • Utilize recruitment analytics to inform talent acquisition decisions
  • Establish and sustain strategic alliances with key sourcing channels
  • Collaborate with the Communication and Marketing team to promote the employer brand
  • Work with the People & Culture team on onboarding, psychological testing, and referral programs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations
  • At least 5 years of talent acquisition/recruitment experience or equivalent HR experience in a fast-growing environment
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both French and English
  • Proficiency in using social media platforms like LinkedIn and HRIS tools
  • Passion for talent acquisition, branding, and networking
