Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Fleet Coordinator to join our team at AutoLux Ltd. o/a Rapid City Transportation. As a key member of our Fleet Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet and supporting our drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and track complaints, compliments, and feedback regarding drivers stationed across Ontario.
  • Conduct accident investigations, reporting, and filing of information.
  • Monitor and maintain the cleanliness of all vehicles and ensure adequate supplies for drivers.
  • Support with record keeping, data entry, tracking, and filing.
  • Set up, update, and troubleshoot driver mobile devices, cameras, and tracking systems.
  • Provide coverage for vehicle-related issues in the Fleet Department.
  • Maintain strong relationships with third-party suppliers and companies/governing bodies.
  • Support drivers on various leaves, tracking, and follow-up.
  • Assist with recruitment and training as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Intermediate Excel skills and experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
