Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our Fleet Department as a Jr. Fleet Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating with the Dispatch and Management team to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and track complaints, compliments, and feedback regarding drivers stationed across Ontario.
  • Support with accident investigation, reporting, and filing of information.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of all vehicles and maintain adequate supplies for driver vehicles.
  • Support with record keeping, data entry, tracking, and filing.
  • Set up, update, and troubleshoot driver mobile devices, cameras, and tracking systems.
  • Provide coverage for vehicle-related issues in the Fleet Department.
  • Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with third-party suppliers and governing bodies.
  • Work with HR to support drivers on leaves and track follow-ups.
  • Support with recruitment and training as required.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education considered an asset.
  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer skills, including MS Suite and intermediate Excel.
  • Experience with ADP Workforce Now an asset.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional, friendly, patient, empathetic, dependable, and self-motivated.
  • Ability to operate in a busy environment.
