About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Media Planning and Strategy to join our team at Other. As a key member of our leadership group, you will be responsible for leading our media planning and strategy efforts, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development of comprehensive media plans, leveraging your expertise in digital and traditional media to drive client success.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of media plans.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, applying your knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our media planning and strategy efforts.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media vendors, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in media planning and strategy, with a proven track record of success.
  • Extensive knowledge of digital and traditional media, including planning, buying, and optimization.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and media vendors.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
