Overview

At Foot Locker, we understand that the in-store customer journey is paramount. As a leader, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing profitability while adhering to our division standards. Your success will be evaluated based on your ability to meet personal and productivity objectives. In the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager, you will take on leadership and managerial duties.

Responsibilities

  • Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales goals while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being well-versed in all products and collaborating with colleagues to deliver exceptional sales support.
  • Meet sales, customer experience, merchandising, visual, and operational standards.
  • Maintain personal and productivity targets.
  • Uphold the quality and efficiency of every aspect of the store.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Manager, and the Store Manager.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share knowledge of products and trends to meet customer needs.
  • Stay informed about all product knowledge and current or upcoming trends.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail.
  • Confident and comfortable engaging with customers to provide an elevated shopping experience.
  • Driven to achieve outstanding results through enthusiasm for customer interaction and athletic merchandise.
  • Proactive in completing tasks or activities with minimal supervision.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
