About the Role

The Bilingual Senior Customer Experience System Advisor is a key member of the Customer Experience team at Northbridge Financial Corporation. This position is responsible for ensuring the effective execution of the end-user experience for all Customer Experience systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete testing and user training for Customer Experience systems
  • Provide user support and guidance post-implementation
  • Hold the highest business system authority and resolve system issues through user guidance or liaison with IT system support and/or external vendors
  • Identify system enhancements, develop workarounds, and uncover training needs
  • Provide ongoing communication and support for users of Customer Experience platforms

Requirements

  • 5 years of insurance experience, systems, or other related and transferable experience
  • Understanding of insurance sales and/or underwriting processes
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to speak in front of groups of people
  • Candidate must be bilingual (English/French)
